Unfolding is a canvas of pink rose blooms with dramatic lighting. Inspired by visits to Kew Gardens 2019. Trevor was inspired to paint a collection of oils whilst working on his latest watercolour book for Kew Gardens ” The Kew Gardens Book of Painting Roses in Watercolour” published by Search Press 2020. This work shows the gentle unfolding of petals on a tightly packed flower.
