A visit to London to see the sights and possibly paint some of them is always a treat, even if it is Trevor’s home town. ” I like to take a more personal view, an individual one. The winged victory sculpture outside Buckingham Palace is one of these. I chose to paint this in neutral colours; greys and blues. All except the Sculpture and the flag on top of the palace… These two objects, for me, were the connecting factor for the painting. “W
